Warranty
Visscher Specialty Products warrant their products to be free from any defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase, with normal use and maintenance. This does not include: customer-applied paints and stains, environmental damage, improper installation, inappropriate use, naturally occurring changes to wood components, damage from shipping or poor handling, and any other items beyond their control.

Wind Rating
Due to the various installation conditions that come with all pre-built structure kits, Visscher Specialty Products are unable to give any kind of wind rating that would apply to all of their units in all situations. This wind rating testing is very dependent on factors that are beyond their control such as ground anchoring, unit placement, etc.
