LIFETIME WARRANTY
against leakage

KARDAM MFG. INC. warrants to the original owner that all technically superior Dayliter® brend acrylic curb mount and metal self-flash skylights will not leak for the life of the skylight when installed according to the recommended Dayliter® installation instructions, because they do not rely on sealants. This warranty is limited to defects in skylight design and workmanship.

KARDAM MFG. INC. further warrants all skylight materials for a period of twenty years from original purchase against failure causing the skylight to leak.

The foregoing is the sole warranty applicable to Dayliter® brand acrylic curb mount and metal self-flash skylights, express or implied. All other warranties are excluded.

Not covered under this warranty are yellowing or loss of light transmission caused by dirt, scratches, chemical pollutants, petroleum based cleaning solutions and breakage or damage caused by mishandling, abuse, falling objects, hailstorms or other severe weather conditions. During prolonged periods of humidity and temperature differentials acrylic skylights might accumulate moisture between the skins. Condensation must be expected from time to time, however, it will quickly dissipate with a change in the above conditions.

The sole liability of KARDAM MFG. INC. in respect of Dayliter® brand skylights shall be the replacement of any skylight found by KARDAM MFG. INC. not to meet this warranty, or, at the option of KARDAM MFG. INC., the refund of the purchase price thereof. KARDAM MFG. INC. shall have no liability under any circumstances for the cost of or associated with the removal of defective skylights or the installation of replacement skylights, or for any injury or damage to persons or property, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or economic loss.
