The intensity of your workout is controlled by the velocity of your movements and the speed of the current.

This option packed swim tank features everything you need to strengthen, tone and shape your body through resistance training while you're suspended in buoyant weightlessness. You can swim stationary laps for a full-body workout, row to work the upper body and arms with our rowing system, run or jog underwater in place for a cardiovascular workout, or get a massage with the adjustable hydrotherapy jets. Additionally, the swim spa is a safe and easy environment in which to teach kids how to swim.
