As with
any project, you will require: { 1, 2, 3 }
 |
|
1. Structural Component
System: A framework that you
know will perform the task required by you and demanded
by your client. A system that will be assembled within
a strict budget (of time and money) set by you, and the
contract you are representing. A product that your client
will be pleased to own, and you will be satisfied and
proud of the overall job, structural integrity and pure
aesthetic form of design. From the simple, to the complex,
our proven system delivers. |

Choice: You and your client will
have a multitude of glaze options, that selection
will be reflected in the project design strategy. The
same color matching to an existing building trim can be
achieved with our Aluminum Rafters, either spray enamel
or the very popular Powder Coating process. Please
remember though, special ordering will increase
job cost and time of delivery. The great majority of our
in-house projects are built with our standard "Clear"
or "Medium Solar Bronze Tint" Acrylic Sheet, and "White"
or "Brown" Rafters.
Also bear in mind, there
exists a great variety of Acrylic Sheet on today's market.
We have selected the finest sheet possible for our customers,
as friendly as our clients are, we do not want to return,
especially to replace inferior quality in any of our
components.

2. Design: Every project must
start with a design concept. This process will be an evolution
directly proportional to your ability to conceive of the
most appropriate structure for the job. But remember,
as you construct more buildings, this concept will drastically
improve with each project completed. You are not left
alone here, send us the layout of the job via fax or email,
and we'll put a plan together for you based on our experience,
there is not much we have not seen in this market - but
you may surprise us!!
Project: CAD Draft Plans:
The more details - the
better the plan. Our view is: Build it in your mind
- Plan it on paper - Construct it on site. Plus,
having a set of plans on files does come in handy for
repair work if needed.
